Round 1 IDO details are as follows:
- 600,000 FINS Tokens On Offer
- Fixed Price: 0.2 USD for 1 FINS
- Maximum Raise: 120,000 USD
- Pool Opens: 21st May at 5:00am UTC
- Pool Closes: 22nd May at 5:00pm UTC
- Pool Open Period: Until the completion of the token sale
- Hard Cap (per user): 1,000 USD
- Token Distribution: EST. 1st Jun at 3:30pm UTC
- Token Distribution Length: Linear distribution for 90 days
Round 2 IDO details are as follows:
- 900,000 FINS Tokens On Offer
- Fixed Price: 0.4 USD for 1 FINS
- Maximum Raise: 360,000 USD
- Pool Opens: 22nd May at 3:00pm UTC
- Pool Closes: 1st Jun at 3:00pm UTC
- Pool Open Period: Until the completion of the token sale
- Hard Cap (per user): 10,000 USD
- Token Distribution: EST. 1st Jun at 3:30pm UTC
- Token Distribution Length: Linear distribution for 90 days
IDO mechanism description
1, IDO is carried out in two batches, details as above.
2, if the round 1 of IDO is successfully completed, the second batch of IDO will be opened.
3, if the round 1 of IDO is not successfully completed, will continue to extend the end time until completion.
50% of the IDO fund which is worth $240,000 will be combined into a FTM-FINS LP and received by the development team for making the initial pool which will be timelocked for 365 days.
All IDO participants will receive a 1:1 FINS airdrop and it will be released linerly, the exact timing of the airdrop will be announced after the IDO is completed.
Participating In The IDO
In order to participate in the Finswap IDO, you will need:
- Have MetaMask set to the Fantom Opera Network
- Have $FTM in your wallet for gas fees. see guide for how to get free gas
